We follow a standard production flow that we customize for each component.
Through the Work Order (WO), everyone knows exactly what their role is. The Planning department assigns tasks to the various machines. The Technical Office creates machine programs, control plans, tool sheets, and drawings for external processing if needed. Final Quality Control is the most important phase, as it is where the entire production is validated and the finished product is
released.
