Benozzi Engineering is specialist in its field for manufacturing medium to small precision components. Production offers a wide range of machines with amply dimensioned work areas 600 x 500 x 400 mm as well as two additional machining centres with work areas of 3000 mm and 2000 mm. We offer customers samples, prototypes, spare parts, small and medium sized components and focus primarily on precision complex parts. Maximum precision is guaranteed by 3 and 5-axis continuous machining. The lathes are fitted with a counter spindle and motorised tools satisfying machining requirements for manufacturing complex components without further need for milling and machining operations. Company premises are built on an area of 3,000m2 with 2,000m2 of office and production space complete with air conditioning. Production machinery includes NC lathes, a number of machining centres and special equipment and machines. We can also offer various treatments including hardening, tempering, annealing, carburizing, cementation, anodising and paint finishes. We also offer controlled radial and flat grinding and wire erosion with a minimum radius on sharp corners of R 0.125 and tolerance margins of + - 0.005 mm. Benozzi Engineering is your specialist for machining aluminium alloys a material we hold in our warehouse to offer customers a just-in-time service. We also carry titanium, steel qualities ideal for heat treatments as hardening, carburizing and cementing as well as stainless steel, cast-iron, brass, bronze and a wide choice of synthetic materials. The product is subject to stringent controls throughout the entire production process. We use precision digital control instruments and offer customers our Metrology Lab Unit which offers a 3D measuring system for ensuring the product meets specifications.
